Laser cutting
TMW, a.s. carries out sheet metal cutting for the needs of its own production, as well as for ordering using the TRUMPF 3030 laser cutting machine. This modern device, which works on the principle of flying optics, processes a variety of materials in the field of thin and thick sheet metal, up to the state of mounting readiness. Moreover, it can carry out marking of parts for identification purposes, create dimples in materials and process sheet metals covered with film.
The laser and operator panel are integrated in the machine frame. Sheet metal supply and drawing of parts from the machine is executed through the automatic exchange of pallets. The time-parallel of stacking and unloading from three sides is a given. Comfortable operation is ensured by an open modern control system. At present, the laser cutting machine operates under two shifts and together with trained and experienced staff, its parameters ensure the highest quality of cut parts.
In terms of cutting to order, to ensure flawless production the customer provides electronic drawings in DXF format, in which the drawing is created in a scale of 1:1 and only contours that are to be cut out are drawn. Along with such created data, the customer attaches a full-featured drawing in PDF format, which is used to check the cut parts, or for further production.
